Privacy Policy

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, account login details if you create an account, your order details, and the messages you send us by email, phone or text.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and other payment credentials go directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We receive limited details, such as the card brand, the last four digits and the payment status. If you pay with Link, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay, that service also processes your information under its own privacy policy.
• Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website that referred you, your approximate location based on your IP address (which we use to show you the right country site), and how you interact with the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.

• To process, ship and deliver your orders, including payment verification and fraud prevention.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your requests.
• To provide customer service and handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
• To calculate applicable sales tax and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
• If you sign up to receive marketing emails, to send them to you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart, keep you signed in and remember your language and country. We also use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site and which pages lead to purchases. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not currently use advertising cookies or pixels. If we start using them, we will update this policy first.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work:

• Payment processing: Stripe, and Link, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay when you choose them.
• Website hosting and infrastructure: Vercel, Railway and Cloudflare.
• Email: Resend for order emails and Google Workspace for customer service.
• Phone and text support: Quo.
• Analytics: Google.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill your orders, provide customer service, resolve disputes and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete it or make it anonymous.

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, of targeted advertising or of profiling. To make a request, email support@christmasdecorationsmty.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your identity before responding and reply within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States. Some of our team members and service providers are located outside the United States, including in Mexico, and may access your information to provide customer service and fulfill your order.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
