Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We ship only to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., as described in our Shipping Policy.

We work to describe and photograph every Christmas Tree Bundle, accessory and scenery piece accurately. Colors and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes are approximate. The pieces included in each bundle are listed on its product page.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. Many items are available in very limited quantities, so an item is not reserved for you until your order is confirmed. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after you place it, we will contact you and offer a refund for that item or a comparable alternative.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, errors in price or product information, lack of availability, or addresses we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Link, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay, processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including any applicable sales tax.

Promotional codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that use a code fraudulently or in violation of its terms.

Shipping times and restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Our products are decorative items for indoor use. Follow the setup and care instructions provided with your order. Glass ornaments and small parts can break or be swallowed: they are not toys and should be kept out of reach of young children and pets. Keep all decorations away from open flames and heat sources.

All content on the Site, including photographs, logos, collection names, designs and text, belongs to Christmas Decorations or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation or security, or collect information from it by automated means without our permission.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in any written warranty we provide, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cameron County, Texas, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
