Shipping area
We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping is free on every order. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. Boxes at this time.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared within 9 business days, plus carrier transit time. A signature may be required on delivery.
Refused or undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is refused, or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will treat it as a return: the refund will be reduced by the 25% restocking fee and the shipping costs. Address corrections after an order ships may carry an additional carrier fee of $10.
Damaged shipments
If any piece arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy for how to report it within 5 days of delivery.
